All of my life I have been a “go to” person for family, friends and co-workers. I’ve had a very successful career as an IT leader.  I left that world in early 2016 to spend even more time pursuing my passion as a coach, consultant and advisor which brings me great joy and satisfaction.  My satisfaction comes from the impact my work has on my clients and their businesses.  In my current role I provide a wide variety of empowerment coaching, advising and consulting services to individuals, groups and business organizations. As a consultant I specialize in IT / business leadership regarding  all aspects of IT along with a special focus on IT stabilization, optimization, transformation and the rescue of large runaway projects.

As Interim CEO, led the organization of 5,000-plus members during a 9-month transition between CEOs. Led staff, members and IT leaders from large-cap and mid-market companies and non-profit organizations from across North America.

As EVP and Global CIO for Chubb -- one of Computerworld's top 100 IT places to work -- provided technology vision, strategic direction and the leadership to drive business performance through the optimal use of technology.   Provided the leadership to develop innovative processes and business intelligence systems to enhance business processes, service levels, financial performance and effectiveness.  Also won Chubb's diversity award for promotion of and commitment to a diverse workforce.
